The Flourish Workshop is a welcoming and supportive place designed to help you navigate the perimenopause. Using the plant power of essential oils, we will explore how aromatherapy can help to bring balance to your body and mind. This hands-on workshop will guide you in creating soothing blends to support your wellbeing. The Flourish Workshop is here to help you embrace this stage of life and truly flourish. Join me, Kirsty, a qualified aromatherapist on Wednesday 19th March 2025 from 6pm to 7pm for The Flourish Workshop. Throughout, this one-hour workshop you will discover: • *Exploring common symptoms of the perimenopause. • How aromatherapy can help. • The top essential to support you through the perimenopause. • Contributing Factors to Perimenopausal symptoms. Aromatherapy uses essential oils to capture the properties and the smell of various plants, trees and flowers. Essential oils are quite literally plant magic. You will receive an aromatherapy gift box to use during the workshop with: • Mini bottles of essential oils to smell and to use to support you during the perimenopause. • Items to make your very own gorgeous aromatherapy product. • A sample or two of some of Sage and Bellflowers products. • Recipe cards to make items using the mini bottles of essential oils. • A 100ml bottle of the Mood Empowerment Mist. • A short meditation to end the session. At the end of the workshop, you will gain a deeper understanding of how aromatherapy can support you through perimenopause, helping to balance hormones, ease symptoms, and enhance overall well-being.
