Bergamot Mint is a calming essential oil with uplifting properties. Its gentle and soothing on the stomach, which can support menopausal and period problems.
 
Cypress excellent for regulating heavy and painful periods that can occur during your monthly cycle and perimenopause.
 
Lavender can support a plethora of PMS and menopausal problems, which includes abdominal cramps and difficult menstruation. 
 
Sweet Marjoram with its beautiful herbaceous scent is wonderful in supporting many female problems with the menstrual cycle. It can ease painful period cramps and thanks to its emmenagogue properties it can help regulate periods, which are both symptoms of the perimenopause. 
 
Safflower carrier oil, is sometimes known as thistle oil, is an exceptional oil to use on the skin. As well as being non greasy, it is a great moisturiser for dry skin and can help to reduce the appearance of scars and stretch marks.
 
Ingredients: Bergmot Mint (Mentha citrate), Cypress (Cupressus sempervirens), Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), Sweet Marjoram (Origanum majorana), & Safflower (Carthamus tinctorius) carrier oil.

Directions of use: Shake well before use. Massage a small amount (a little goes a long way) into your abdomen slowly and in a clockwise motion. Alternatively add 5 drops of Feminine Flo to a bowl of warm water, add a clean flannel to the water and swirl it around. Squeeze out excess water and place the cloth on the abdomen to ease cramps. Use as and when needed.
