Coastal Caress Meditation Mist has been inspired by plants and trees you can discover on your seaside adventures. Imagine a beautiful walk along the coast, you can feel the warmth of the sun and hear the waves gently caressing the sand, breathe in the beautiful aroma and feel your troubles drift away in the breeze.

Elemi essential oil has been added to blend due to its light and fresh aroma, if sunshine could be bottled, I think it would smell like Elemi. Elemi can be helpful when you are feeling low in energy and tired. 
 
Juniperberry often lines our coastal shores, with its sharp needles and little berries, its quite the sight. As an essential oil it has a sweet yet woody aroma and can be used for mental fatigue.
 
Lavender essential oil is a favourite of mine due to its ability to support a plethora of needs. I’ve added lavender to this blend for its calming effect. What coastal cottage would be complete without lavender in its garden and its hard to beat the aroma of lavender drifting in the beach.
 
Pine Needle essential oil can also positively impact your mood and clear away stresses. It has a woody, yet balsamic aroma, which is invigorating and strengthening. A wonderful oil to help with fatigue and exhaustion.
 
Ingredients: Elemi (Canarium commune), Juniperberry (Juniperus communis), Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), Pine Needle (Pinus sylvestris), Water, Polysorbate 20.

Directions of use: Shake well before use. Spray the meditation mist around you, your room or directly onto your yoga mat. Inhale deeply, close your eyes and breathe in the intoxicating scent.
 
Warning: Avoid contact with eyes, if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with clean water. Not to be used by pregnant and breastfeeding women. Not to be used by children. Do not use during Avoid if you suffer from kidney disease. Keep the bottle away from direct sunlight.
